Sue Burgess will move to BCD M&I as senior director of operations EMEA on 1 December following almost 20 years at Inntel.
Sue will be responsible for leading the agency’s delivery of venue sourcing, project management and registration services, and brings with her a wealth of experience from her time at Inntel.
