Germany flood receding, country gearing up to welcome back tourists

 In Germany, an end to the flooding seems to be in sight and water levels have already started to subside in many of the areas affected by the flooding welcoming all tourists.

In Dresden, the worst of the floods are over and there is no reason to cancel any trip and all cultural attractions are open as usual; business meetings and congresses are taking place as scheduled.
