Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa declared open the Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport in Hambantota, by arriving onboard the Sri Lankan airlines special flight “City of Magam Ruhunu Pura” as the first passenger, at 10.54 am on March 18.
