World's largest container ship arrives in Port of Rotterdam

Thursday, December 20, 2012 - The largest container ship in the world, the CMA-CGM Marco Polo, arrived for the first time in the port of Rotterdam on the night of Saturday 15 December. The ship has a capacity of 16,000 TEU (20-foot container units) and was loaded and unloaded at ECT Delta Terminal on the Maasvlakte.
