JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, announced plans to open a new 300-room JW Marriott Hotel in Cabo San Lucas in 2015. The property will be operated by Marriott under an agreement with Operadora Punta Peninsula, S.A. de C.V., and ownership group Grupo Diestra.
