Hyatt announces groundbreaking for Hyatt place hotel in Omaha's old market district

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the groundbreaking for the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Nebraska, Hyatt Place Omaha Downtown/Old Market.  The investment of Hyatt affiliates in the purchase of the land and the construction of the hotel, which Hyatt affiliates will own and manage, will total approximately $27 million.
