Local Chefs Come Together for "Snout to Tail" Dinner at Terra at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe

 Combining sustainability with a healthy dose of adventure, Executive Chef Andrew Cooper is joining forces with four local culinary luminaries for a “Snout to Tail” dinner in Terra at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe on Sunday, August 4, 2013. Diners will enjoy a six-course, chef-driven meal, with each guest chef taking a course and “part” of the pig.
