Some unknown irresponsibility exhibited by the builders and unseen conditions at the metro construction site of Chennai witnessed the death of one worker as a girder launcher collapsed, churning out a chaos for travellers. The incident took place at the Kathipara Junction area closer to the St. Thomas Mount Railway station.
