Omni Hotels & Resorts Announces Acquisition of The Westin Hotel in Providence

Omni Hotels & Resorts announces the acquisition of The Westin Hotel in Providence, R.I. The hotel has been rebranded today as the Omni Providence Hotel and is managed by Omni Hotels Management Corporation. Omni Hotels & Resorts acquired the hotel from The Procaccianti Group (TPG) in late 2012.
