ICTP focuses on pivotal role of destinations in green growth transformation

Addressing the Responsible Tourism Forum at ITB Singapore, Professor Geoffrey Lipman, ICTP President, focused on the pivotal role of destinations in the green growth transformation. He noted that “in a world where austerity is the main economic determinant, there is an urgent need for innovation to simultaneously combat the increasingly weak market outlook and capitalize on the increasingly strong Internet mobility linkages.”
