A seminer on 'New Twist On An Old Classic' was presented by presented by chef Steven Ward at IMEX America

The Sustainability Hub played host to a hunger-inducing seminar “New Twist on an Old Classic”, presented by chef Steven Ward on behalf of DoubleTree hotel, Portland, Oregon and Kevin Terrell, sous chef, Delmonico Steakhouse, Venetian earlier today at IMEX America at the Sands Expo®, Las Vegas.
