Boeing, Russia's Aviation Capital Services Announce Commitment for 35 737 MAXs

Wednesday, October 31, 2012 - Boeing and Aviation Capital Services LLC, a subsidiary of the State Corporation Russian Technologies (Rostech), announced today a commitment by Rostech to purchase 35 737 MAX airplanes. It is the first commitment for the 737 MAX from Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

Boeing and Aviation Capital Services will work to finalize the details of the order, valued at more than $3.5 billion at current list prices.

Friday, October 19, 2012 - Tourism New Zealand says September's international visitor arrival numbers, released by Statistics New Zealand, are no surprise and reflect the Rugby World Cup 2011's impact on last year numbers. Chief Executive Kevin Bowler says the year ending September 2012 has visitor arrivals in growth, up 1.8 per cent on 2011 however with total arrivals for the month of September down 19 per cent, the significant boost brought about last year by the rugby cannot be understated.

AIG to Become Major Global Sponsor of New Zealand Rugby Union
