PABU Introduces New Satori Menu

PABU, the Japanese izakaya located along Baltimore’s Inner Harbor from chefs Michael Mina and Ken Tominaga, presents a modern take on traditional izakaya style dining featuring small plates, grilled items from the exposed robata grill, as well as sushi and sashimi. Designed by Frost Tsuji Architects, PABU features bamboo ceilings, specially commissioned art pieces and beautifully crafted solid wood tabletops, benches and chairs.
