CN reported its financial and operating results for the second quarter and six-month period ended June 30, 2012.
Second-quarter 2012 highlights

•    Net income was C$631 million, or C$1.44 per diluted share, versus year-earlier net income of C$538 million, or C$1.18 per diluted share.
