(the "Company" and together with NCL Corporation Ltd., "Norwegian"), announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 23,529,412 of its ordinary shares at a price of $19.00 per share. In addition, the Company has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,529,412 additional ordinary shares at the initial public offering price. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on January 18, 2013 under the symbol "NCLH".
